Information you provide
Eat Organic Life uses account information to provide and secure your account. Wellness information you choose to enter, including meals, health readings, preferences and questions, supports the services you use. Share only information you are comfortable providing.
Providing the service
Authorized administrators manage memberships and respond to member requests. Service providers support account sign-in, hosting, storage, messages and educational responses. Relevant questions or wellness information may be processed to prepare personalized educational guidance. Limited technical and device information supports reliability and error diagnosis.
Square handles membership invoices and payment processing under its own privacy terms. Corner membership payment confirmations are recorded separately from your main Eat Organic Life membership.
Membership information and confidentiality
Corner applications, approval decisions, payment confirmations and membership dates are used to manage access. Only authorized administrators may confirm payments or manage membership status. Exclusive educational content is restricted to approved, active, paid Corner members. Five-day Corner renewal notices are private administrator notices; members do not receive automatic renewal notifications.
Personal questions and wellness entries are not intended to be public. A question shared for member education must not identify the person asking it. Do not include another person's private information in your submissions.
Cookies, service providers and external content
Sign-in uses session storage and related browser mechanisms to keep your account signed in. Opening videos or links hosted by YouTube, Instagram, TikTok or other external providers may send those providers your device and connection information; their own terms and privacy policies apply. Square processes invoice payments separately. The final policy will identify the relevant hosting, communications and educational-response providers, international processing locations, and any optional tracking before approval.
Retention, requests and security
Use the available account and notification settings to manage your preferences. You may ask the operator about access, correction or deletion of your information. Some records may need to be retained for accounting, legal or security obligations. This draft does not establish a retention period, deletion deadline or guarantee that all records can be removed. Access controls protect private records, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
The operator must confirm a working privacy contact, retention periods, request procedures, applicable rights and international transfer arrangements before this policy is approved.
Children and policy changes
Minimum age, any guardian-consent requirements and the handling of children's information require operator and legal review. The approved policy will state its effective date and explain how material changes are communicated.
